Minister Tumwebaze urges local leaders to support coffee farmer registration

The Minister for Agriculture Frank Tumwebaze has asked local leaders in coffee growing districts to support government's programme of having all coffee farmers registered. He says this is aimed at ensuring the the country produces quality coffee that can easily penetrate the global market and attract premium prices.
