Minister won't comment on Labour MP filmed punching man

Mike Amesbury, MP for Runcorn and Helsby, has been suspended by the Labour Party after CCTV footage showed him punching a man in the street. Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster Pat McFadden was asked about the incident. He says: "He's been suspended by the Labour Party. That also means he's not a Labour MP at the moment while a police investigation takes place."
