Ministers Babalanda & Baryomunsi launch Kabale media fraternity - Over 10 million shillings rais

Journalists have been asked to stick to their professional roles and refrain from the vice of extorting money from sources which puts their services at risk of incompetence. These remarks were made by ministers Milly Babirye Babalanda Minister of the Presidency, and her ICT and National Guidance Counterpart, Chris Baryomunsi, at the official launch of Kabale Media Fraternity in Kabale District.
