Minneapolis hopes to bring back red light cameras

The city of Minneapolis wants to enlist some camera cops to cut down on crashes and traffic-related deaths. As our Erin Hassanzadeh reports, it's a program some of you may remember. We went into the archives to see how a similar effort worked in the past and what would need to happen this time around to give it another go.
