Minority indigenous communities push for affirmative action to preserve cultures

In Uganda, there are diverse indigenous communities with unique cultures. While the Constitution recognizes the right to enjoy one's cultural rights, some members of the indigenous minority groups in the country are struggling with their identity amidst being overshadowed by the majority. They are, however, not ready to give up their unique cultures and are now calling for affirmative action and representation at local government and national assembly levels. Will this save their culture?
