Missing oil rig worker’s wife slowly losing hope

Alone at home with her four children, the pregnant wife of missing oil rig worker Pete Phillip is grappling with the devastating reality that her husband is gone. Hope faded on Thursday as the search and rescue effort transitioned into a recovery operation. For six days, she held on to the belief that he might have been trapped in the tangled debris which plunged into the sea when the oil rig’s deck collapsed last Sunday morning.
