Modern grain milling machine transforms livelihoods in Rubanda district

Over 1,270 residents of Bubaare Town Council in Rubanda district are experiencing significant improvements in their livelihoods following the establishment of a state-of-the-art grain milling machine in the area. The machine, provided by the Uganda Industrial Research Institute (UIRI), was installed in 2022 as part of the Bubaare Innovation Platform, and has played a key role in boosting the local economy.
