MoH to extend palliative care services to communities and HC iiis across the country

The Director, Curative Services at the Ministry of health, Dr. Charles Olaro, has revealed that the ministry is in process of integrating palliative care and extending it to all levels of healthcare in the country, like communities and health centre IIIs. Olaro made the remarks during dissemination meeting for media practitioners aimed at creating awareness about the need for palliative care services in the country, ahead of World Hospice and palliative care Day 2024 celebrations.
