Momentary change of guard - Interim KCCA Executive leadership assumes office

Newly appointed Caretakers of Kampala capital City authority have taken over from their outgoing counterparts. Dorothy kisaka who was recently relieved of duties alongside her Deputy David luyimbazi has handed over to Frank Rusa and his other team who were appointed in Acting Capacity. This transition meant to three months aims at addressing the urgent need for a technical team to manage city activities .
