Montreal police dismantle parts of homeless encampments east of downtown
Tension between people experiencing homelessness and Transport Quebec came to a boiling point on Monday, when police moved in to force people out with their tents. The action along Notre-Dame Street, east of downtown, comes following an eviction notice from the government.
