‘Morally putrid’: Democrats slammed for taking ‘extreme position’ on trans athletes

Sky News host Rita Panahi dismantles the claim that the Democrats are the “party for women’s rights”. A recent New York Times/Ipsos survey found around four out of five Americans don’t think transgender athletes should be allowed to compete in women’s sports. “Every single Democrat voted against the rights of women here,” Ms Panahi said. “Not only, I would argue, is this position morally putrid, it’s also a fringe position, it’s an extreme position.”
