More commuters satisfied with taxis, private-hire car services in 2023: Survey

More commuters in Singapore were satisfied with taxi and private-hire car services in 2023 compared to the previous year. Ninety-six per cent of riders surveyed by the Public Transport Council were satisfied with point-to-point services. The poll also showed that safety remains of utmost importance to commuters.
