More partners needed for Job Start Programme

The Job Start Programme conducted by the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and the Third Sector is having some challenges getting partners to meet its full quota. Programme Manager Erika Watson says they want to do more but there are constraints. However, she says there are some areas which have given ample opportunity.
