More than 100 arrested for targeting Pinellas storm victims

More than 100 people in Pinellas County are accused of going after storm victims. From looting to armed robbery to contracting scams, the sheriff's office announced dozens of arrests. A lot of those arrests came out of a 3-day unlicensed contractor sting in Madeira Beach.
