More than 200 people rescued after building catches fire in South Korea

More than 200 people have been rescued from a building fire in the South Korean city of Seongnam. At least 28 people have been hospitalised with light injuries including smoke inhalation. The fire is believed to have started in a restaurant on the building's first floor.
