Morrison mayor describes plan for deputies to patrol Colorado town

The mayor of the town of Morrison in the western part of the Denver metro area says shutting down their police force was primarily a financial decision. The decision was announced by the town earlier this month and will mean layoffs for the dozen or so current police officers on the force.
