Following Lord's Darzi's report into the state of the NHS, he talks to the most at-risk communities, such as the elderly, to find out what they think about the state of the health system. One resident, whose husband has been waiting months to see specialists, says she "feels helpless" and her requests for support are "getting nowhere".
