Motorists frustrated after being turned away at Woodlands VEP centre

Tempers were frayed and voices were raised at Woodlands' vehicle entry permit (VEP) information centre on Sep 13, after some motorists who could not secure appointments to collect their VEP tags were turned away. The centre's manager says they can only handle about 100 enquiries a day, and so customers can only head over if they have secured appointments.
