MP arrested on suspicion of voter bribery

Vote-counting in Dokolo district is underway following the process to elect a woman MP. Earlier, the police arrested Santa Olum Ogwal, the woman MP for Oyam District on suspicion of voter bribery. According to Jimmy Patrick Okema, the Police spokesperson for North Kyoga Alum was picked up from Amwoma, Regorego and taken to Dokolo Central Police Station.
