Member of Parliament for St. Philip North, Dr. Sonia Browne supports the Caribbean Community (Movement of Skilled Nationals) (Amendment) Bill 2024, which she says can increase the country's workforce and therefore National Insurance Scheme contributions. But she's warned of the possibility that it could also result in the country losing skilled professionals.
