MPs say free meals in schools will improve enrollment in schools

The Great Lakes Region Parliaments are calling on member states to develop a plan to provide meals to learners enrolled in government schools under the free education program. The call came during a committee on gender, social, and other humanitarian issues of the Forum of Parliaments of the International Conference on the Great Lakes region in Kampala.
