Multiple suburbs across Queensland drenched overnight with wet weather conditions

More than 100 millimetres of rain drenched multiple suburbs across Queensland in less than an hour overnight. Sky News Meteorologist Alison Osborne attributes the wet weather conditions to an intensified coastal trough and low. “That weather system has hinged the rain out to sea for now, but we are still keeping a close eye out for further storms," Ms Osborne said.
