MURDER OF BUSINESSMAN KATANGA: PROSECUTION WITNESS REFUTES ALLEGATIONS OF CONTAMINATED DNA SAMPLES

The prosecution witness, Andrew Mubiru, in the Katanga Murder Case has refuted defense allegations that the DNA swabs collected from the scene of the crime, as well as those on the trigger and trigger housing, were contaminated before being examined in the laboratory. Witness Mubiru made this statement during re-examination in the murder case of businessman Henry Katanga, being heard at the High Court Criminal Division in Kampala.
