बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने बुधवार को एक महत्वपूर्ण फैसला सुनाया है. कोर्ट ने मुंबई शहर के एक कॉलेज द्वारा अपने परिसर में हिजाब, बुर्का और नकाब पर प्रतिबंध लगाने के निर्णय में हस्तक्षेप करने से इनकार कर दिया है. न्यायमूर्ति ए एस चंदुरकर और न्यायमूर्ति राजेश पाटिल की खंडपीठ ने ओपन कोर्ट में कहा कि वह कॉलेज द्वारा लिए गए निर्णय में हस्तक्षेप करने के लिए इच्छुक नहीं है. इसके साथ ही 9 छात्राओं द्वारा दायर याचिका को खारिज कर दिया है. Bombay High Court has given an important decision on Wednesday. The court has refused to interfere with the decision of a Mumbai city college to ban hijab, burqa and niqab on its campus. A division bench of Justice A S Chandurkar and Justice Rajesh Patil said in the open court that it was not inclined to interfere in the decision taken by the college.
