In addition to the main venue in Beijing, this year's CMG Spring Festival Gala featured performances from sites in Shenyang, Changsha, Xi'an and Kashgar. Jiang Haitao, a student from Beijing Foreign Studies University, is enjoying the New Year holiday in his hometown of #Changsha, the capital city of central China's Hunan Province. During the festive season, people around China use folk activities to express their good wishes for the coming year.
