Myanmar weighs on ASEAN Foreign Ministers' meeting in Laos

ASEAN's top diplomats are gathering in Vientiane to discuss regional issues facing the bloc. This includes the ongoing crisis in Myanmar, where two key developments have surfaced. Hours after the foreign ministers started discussions, an ethnic armed group claimed that it had taken full control of a key border town, which holds significant trade links with China.
