Mysterious lights above Ontario city leave residents perplexed

Residents of Kingston, Ont., were treated to a mysterious light show above their city Thursday night. “It was incredibly bright. The objects were sort of dancing around at times as well,” said Evan Ginsberg, describing what he witnessed.
