NAM and G77+China Summits - Former Ambassador hints on the merits in stock

Uganda is set to host two international Conferences; the 19th Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) and the third G77 and China come 15th of this month.  Former Permanent Secretary at the ministry of foreign affairs Ambassador James Mugume describes this as a golden opportunity for the country to market itself not only as a tourism destination but a potential investment hub in the region, Africa and beyond.  Ambassador Mugume spoke to UBC in the capacity of a renowned student of international relations and diplomacy.
