Namugongo prepares for Martyrs' Day celebration

It is less than a month to Martyrs' Day, and the Anglican site in Namugongo is being spruced up for the celebration on 3rd June. This year's celebration is led by the Mid-Western cluster, made up of six dioceses: Bunyoro-Kitara, Masindi-Kitara, Rwenzori, East Rwenzori, West Rwenzori, and South Rwenzori. According to the Chairperson of the organizing committee, Bishop Reuben Kisembo, the budget is over two billion shillings and includes money for roofing part of the amphitheater, which costs 450 million shillings.
