NARO develops new crop varieties for farmers

The National Agricultural Research Organization, NARO, has unveiled new varieties of pasture and Beans at Buginyanya Zonal Agriculture Research institute in Bulambuli district. The new bean varieties are rich in iron and zinc and are good for breastfeeding mothers and children suffering from malnutrition.
