Nation Sports: Kirton brothers dominate regional youth tennis competition

The sibling pair of Dimitri and Zane Kirton, ages 13 and 12 respectively dominated the recently concluded Sagicor Junior International Tennis Tournament in St. Lucia. The brothers won the Boys Under-14 doubles while Dimitri won the singles after defeating Zane in the finals. This morning, they departed Barbados to head to Maryland in the United States where they will receive elite-level training and development at the Junior Tennis Champions Center following in the footsteps of Barbados' greatest male tennis player Darian King. It will be three weeks of intense action and the boys said they are ready for the challenge.( Video by Dwayne Gibbs)
