Nation Update: $90m loan to start Hyatt construction

Businessman Mark Maloney signed a US $90m deal with the Afreximbank which could lead to the start of the construction of the Hyatt Hotel at Lower Bay Street, The City later this year. Maloney expects that once it gets underway, it should be completed in 18 months - two years.
