Nation Update: Airlift on the up

As Barbados prepares for the upcoming winter tourism season, the island is increasing its airlift from the United States. Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc. (BTMI), Craig Hinds, highlighted this development while welcoming the return of American Airlines flight 585, which arrived directly from John F. Kennedy Airport in New York last Tuesday. He also expressed excitement for the inaugural direct flight from Philadelphia, set to take off this Saturday. (Video by Reco Moore)
