Nation Update: Andrew Franklyn receives voucher for good work

Concessionaire Andrew Franklyn spoke to the media last Wednesday about his contribution in implementing the School Nutritional Policy. He was awarded a voucher for his efforts. As part of the regulation carbonated drinks, beverages with artificial sweeteners, and noncompliant snacks and drinks will be banned from the menus of schools. This regulation forms part of the 2024-2025 implementation of the School Nutritional Policy, as the Ministry of Education Technological and Vocational Training (METVT) continues its plan for a healthier environment at educational institutions.
