Richard “Commissioner” Miller is tired of seeing dilapidated, rusted trucks every time he looks outside his home in Ellerton Housing Area, St George. The retiree, popular on radio call-in programmes, said he had been suffering with the unsightly view for years but the owners did not seem to want to do anything about it.
