Nation Update: Family makes another plea for help

Karen Greenidge is publicly appealing for the third time for housing assistance for her family. The 52-year-old woman who lives at Westbury Road, St Michael, and whose family is considered to be living below the poverty line said the small one-bedroom house which she and her seven-member family occupy was unsuitable and unliveable. Pointing out that she had been appealing to the Urban Development Commission (UDC) for the past three years to assist her with a new house, Greenidge lamented that plans to relocate her family which consist of her three children ages, 30, 21 and 16, and four grandchildren who range from age 14 to one year old have not materialised.( Video by Maria Bradshaw) #MeAndMyNation #YourNewsYourTimeYourWay #TheSourceMatters
