Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley was in a conversational mood earlier today when she was speaking during the XVI Ministerial Forum for Development in Latin America and the Caribbean which was taking place at Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lord’s Castle Resort in St Philip. She was discussing how the threat of crises such as a climate crisis or a pandemic affects nations such as Barbados and the ability of those governing to adequately deal with matters such as national poverty.
