Nation Update: President of Sierra Leone Julius Maada Bio

President of Sierra Leone, Julius Maada Bio, addressed the SEforALL Forum during the High-Level Insights session on Driving Energy Transition and Green Growth at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre. One of the things he spoke about the responsibility to be ambassadors for women and children who deserve access to clean energy solutions that enhance their health and well-being. Emphasising the critical need to provide these solutions, he acknowledged that while it is a significant challenge in Africa, closing the energy access gap is more crucial than ever.
