Nation Update: Thorne enters Parliament as DLP leader

Democratic Labour Party political leader and Leader of the Opposition Ralph Thorne, KC, paused in Parliament Yard yesterday before entering the House of Assembly. It was the third time that he was entering the House after crossing the floor and breaking ties with the ruling Barbados Labour Party 11 days prior. This time he was met by some members of the DLP hierarchy, a day after his application for membership to the party was approved. (Video by Jonteau Coppin)
