Nation Update: Unhealthy snacks off the menu

Carbonated drinks, beverages with artificial sweeteners, and noncompliant snacks and drinks will be banned from the menus of schools. This regulation forms part of the 2024-2025 implementation of the School Nutritional Policy, as the Ministry of Education Technological and Vocational Training (METVT) continues its plan for a healthier environment at educational institutions.
