The National Assembly speaker will have to hand herself over to police or face arrest. This after the Gauteng High Court struck off the roll with costs her application to block her arrest. It found her grounds for challenging it were based on speculation. Her attempt at a judicial peek into the allegations also failed. The Speaker faces 12 charges for allegedly accepting bribes amounting to over R4-million while defence minister but says she's done nothing wrong. The NPA denies giving Mapisa-Nqakula special treatment but remains mum on when her case will be processed. eNC's Manqoba Mchunu reports. Courtesy #DStv403
