National ideology cadre course - NRM Sec. general passes out over 300 cadres

The Secretary General for NRM, Richard Todwong, has passed out a group of cadres who have been trained in National Ideology in Agago District. Todwong emphasized that despite the difficult past faced by the people of the Northern region, the NRM government brought peace, which should be a catalyst for development. He encouraged the people to save and get involved in development initiatives. Ivan Kaahwa reports.
