National rugby teams ready for America's North 7's

The Barbados men's and women's national rugby 7s teams are off to Trinidad this weekend to compete in the Rugby Americas North 7's Championship. The men will field a 14-member team, while the women's team is 12, including two players based in North America. Men's Head Coach Joe Whipple says every game will require his team to be in top form, as they are in a very competitive group within the tier-one system. Meanwhile, the women will be led by Head Coach Anthony Lambert, and he hopes that despite coming up against some more seasoned teams, his ladies' recent successes can help them be at the peak of their game. The Larry Gomes Stadium in Arima in Trinidad will be the location for the Rugby America's North 7's Championship from Friday to Sunday.
