National training institute - 151 youths graduate from mindset training

The State Minister for ICT and National Guidance, Godfrey Kabbyanga Baluku, has outlined the government's initiatives to expand internet access nationwide. Speaking to 151 youths who completed a 12-day mindset change training program organized by Building Tomorrow in Kyankwanzi, he emphasized the ministry’s plans to establish regional ICT hubs and free internet hotspots, aiming to create job opportunities and combat cybercrime.
