NCF promising a mega opening Crop Over

The National Cultural Foundation is promising a mega opening for the 50th anniversary of the Crop Over Festival. It kicks off tomorrow with the Digicel 50th anniversary Crop Over gala and ceremonial delivery of the last canes. Bridgetown will be the backdrop for the Marquee event. Chief Cultural Officer with the NCF, Andrea Wells has labelled it a massive family event. Activities include workshops exposing young Barbadians to Bajan culture and traditions.
