NCHE proposals to Education Policy - No provisional licensing before charter status

The National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) has proposed the inclusion of a governing body for all institutions under its regulation and no awarding of a provisional licence before applying for charter instead a letter of interim renewal once should be given. The recommendation was revealed during a consultative validation meeting with the Education Policy Review Commission at Kyambogo.
