Negative gearing changes are not as ‘electorally damaging’ as people think

Former Labor senator Stephen Conroy says he doesn’t think negative gearing changes are as “electorally damaging” as people have thought. The federal government could be exploring its options ahead of possible changes to negative gearing and capital gains tax. Mr Conroy told Sky News host Paul Murray the government has been “untidy” when talking about changes.
