Neighbourhood rejuvenation pilot launched in Bukit Gombak

Minister of State for Trade and Industry Low Yen Ling hopes Singapore's heartlands can become vibrant enough to draw even tourists. A pilot for creative ways to rejuvenate neighbourhoods was launched on April 5 in Bukit Gombak, featuring a weekend pop-up market unique to the town. Kate Low reports.
