Nepal hosts international hot air balloon festival

Nepal is hosting its first-ever international hot air balloon festival with 25 hot air balloons from around the world participating in the nine-day event. Locals took photos, played drums and danced to celebrate the festival. The event is aimed at promoting adventure tourism in the Himalayas and is scheduled to conclude on New Year’s Day.
