Over Four Hundred young men and women graduated from the NESC Technical Institute on Saturday. At the graduation ceremony in Point Lisas, President of Trinidad and Tobago, Christine Kangaloo cautioned the men and women to avoid pursuing a “get rich quick” mentality.
